  1. Please check the time, date & venue before confirming the ticket.

  2. Every individual passenger has to pay Rs. 10/-(per head) in the bus, as a compulsory tip to the driver, to encourage the total bus crew to serve you better.

  3. Passengers are requested to report at their respective boarding places, 30 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.

  4. E-ticket passengers boarding the bus are required to produce the Paulo Travels e-ticket along with the confirmation / identification ID proof, as mentioned on the registration form. The passengers are required to produce

    a) Govt. issued photo identity card. (Driving license / Social Security card / Pan Card / Voters card / Passport / Student ID card / Company ID card).

  5. Ticket purchased through the web should be cancelled only through the web by passengers/web agents. The system will generate a credit note, by deducting the cancellation charges as applicable. These credit notes can be used for the next booking by registered passengers/web agents. Non registered passengers should produce the credit note at our office for refund.

  6. Passengers booking tickets through the web by using Debit / Credit / Amex / Diners cards, will receive confirmation of their e-ticket on mobile / email.

  7. Strictly no cancellation of ticket on the same day of journey. Ticket can be cancelled 24 hours before the date of journey, with 30% cancellation charges.

  8. Passengers are prohibited from carrying inflammables, explosives, liquor and contraband goods.

  9. One passenger is allowed to carry one child upto 3 years of age, in the arms. No pets allowed in the bus.

  10. Passengers are allowed only 15 kg luggage per person and luggage above it will be charged @ Rs. 3/- per kg.

  11. Passengers should not harass the driver / dispatching clerk, and if there are any complaints, kindly report to the office.

  12. Retain ticket till the end of the journey.

  13. Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets & also drunken passengers, without refund.

  14. The Company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips, or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown, accident, for reasons beyond the control of the management. However, proportionate refund of fare will be allowed, in case no alternate arrangement is made.

  15. The Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason, and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.

  16. The Management reserves the right to change the type of vehicle, if there are insufficient passengers.

  17. The Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage/belongings inside the bus/office. The passenger should insure the luggage to cover the risk.

  18. In case of Air Conditioning / Video failure before departure, no refund or cancellation will be made. Only Rs. 50/- in case of AC failure will be refunded. If the failure is en route, no refund will be made.

  19. The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance in the event of accidents and injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance company.

  20. All fares are seasonal and subject to change without notice.

  21. All concerned disputes are strictly subject to Panaji (Goa) Jurisdiction in the event of litigation.
