Organized by the government of Karnataka, the Hampi Festival starts from the 3rd of November and goes on till the 5th of November.

It takes place at the magnificent ruined city of Hampi, in Karnataka, that was once the capital of Vijayanagar empire.

The Hampi Festival Karnataka is a lively event of dance and music. The Hampi Festival is also known as Vijaya Utsav.

Amidst the rocks and ruins, which date back to hundred of years, Hampi Utsav, boasts the visit of many prominent figures from the world of dance, drama and music.

The Hampi Fest also includes puppet shows, spectacular processions, fireworks and much more that add up to the grandeur of the festival.
