How can I become a registered user of Paulo Travels ?
To become a registered user, visit our site www.paulotravels.com, click on the new user register link, fill up the registration form displayed on the screen and submit.
 
Is it mandatory to register with Paulo Travels ?
No, it is not mandatory, it’s your free will, and we don’t force you to register. It makes you hassle-free and saves you the trouble of repeatedly typing your details when you make a booking.
 
Is it possible to change my account information or my password ?
Yes, it is possible to change your account information as well as your password by signing in on our website; then click on my account, the page will display your personal profile, edit and change your account information and password.
 
I need to change my user name ?
Sorry, the user name provided by you is a unique identity and cannot be changed. You will need to register on the website as a new user.

What is the mode of payment ……?
By paying cash at our Head office or Branch office / Travel Agent’s office.

What are the types of payment cards accepted ?
We accept Credit cards / Debit cards / Amex card / Diners card.
 
Is my payment safe through Credit / Debit Cards ?
Yes, your payment is safe and secure when paid using debit/credit cards. The data is encrypted by using the Secure Socket Layers, which ensures that the information provided, is scrambled before transmitting.
 
Is it mandatory to provide the three digits (CVN) on my credit card ?
Yes, the Security Code is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. The card holder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.
 
Where can I locate the (CVN) on my credit card ?
The three digits code can be traced on your credit card at the back of the card within the signature field. For American Express card holder the CVN is a four-digit number on the front of the card, on the right hand side, above the card number.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Can I cancel the ticket ?
Yes, you can cancel the ticket as per our terms & conditions.
Can I cancel part of my journey Online ?
If the ticket is booked online, the entire booking will be cancelled, as partial cancellation is not allowed. The system will generate a credit note, after deducting the cancellation charges.
 
I cancelled the ticket by mistake, can I re-book ?
We cannot reverse, once the cancellation request is made. In case you want to re-book your seats, you will have to make a new transaction online.
 
PRINTING POLICY
 
How can I print e-ticket online ?
To take a print of your e-ticket, please click on ‘print e-ticket’ link.
 
If I am unable to print the e-ticket, what should I do ?
You can either get it printed at the nearest source available or just walk into our nearest branch office and obtain a copy by providing the PNR details.
 
GENERAL QUERIES
 
How many seats can I book ?
You can book maximum up to 4 seats at a time. If you need to book additional seats, then re-complete the booking process for the balance seats.
 
In case I miss the bus, do I get a refund ?
If you miss the bus due to your own negligence, and, if you are not on time, you will not get any refund.
 
What must I do if my ticket is misplaced ?
Provide us with your personal details, furnished at the time of booking a ticket. We shall then SMS/E-mail the PNR no. on your mobile or you can collect the ticket at the nearest Paulo Travels office.
